Refund Policy
Customers are welcome to return any product for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. If there is more then 25% of the total product weight missing upon arrival there will be a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and the products must be returned by a method of postal mail that offers a tracking number; this is for your security and ours, that the product was returned to us and received successfully. International live plant orders are non-returnable and are based on "order at your own risk". "The Spirit of Chocolate" products are non-returnable after they have been opened due to the delicate packaging methods.
