Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards - Visa & Mastercard (All Customers)
This is the fastest method of payment. Your order will be processed immediately and shipped out to you within 24 hours. We can also process orders by Phone or Email when using credit cards.

Money Orders (All Customers)
This method is slightly slower as your order will not be processed until the money order has arrived. We deposit money orders within 24 hours and process your order to be shipped within 24 hours of the clearance of your money order.

INTERAC Email Money Transfer (Canadian Customers Only) - USE THE "MONEY ORDER" OPTION AT CHECKOUT
Most Canadian banks offer this service. It is easy and very secure, you just send an email with a password and we accept it. The money is then transfered directly into our account. No private information is given to either party; ask your bank for more details. Please contact us before sending money. In the "notes" section during checkout, enter the text: interac -

Personal Checks (US and Canadian customers only) - USE THE "MONEY ORDER" OPTION AT CHECKOUT
This method takes the longest to process your order. We will not begin processing until your personal check has arrived. We deposit the check into our bank within 24 hours. The check must clear our account before processing your order; this can take up to 7-10 days. Upon clearance of the personal check your order will then be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Cash (All Customers) - USE THE "MONEY ORDER" OPTION AT CHECKOUT.
(AT YOUR OWN RISK! if you do send cash through the postal system be sure to fold a piece of paper completely around it)
This method of payment is not recommended but we do accept it. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.

CANADA WAREHOUSE:

“Local” - $7.95 (USD)
All customers within the lower-mainland British Columbia, Canada will have their orders shipped to them via Canada Post "Expedited" postal service. This guarantees NEXT DAY DELIVERY for orders placed before 2:00pm Monday through Thursday using Credit Card or INTERAC.  This shipping method will offer a tracking number as well as a confirmation by email. 

“Non-Local” - $9.95 (USD)
All customers within the “non-local” areas of Canada will have their package shipped to them via Canada Post “Expedited” postal service. This service offers guaranteed delivery in no longer then 7 days (7 being furthest east of BC, central Canada receives them much quicker).  Expedited also offers a tracking number and confirmation email.

Outside Canada - $7.95 (USD)
All customers outside of Canada will have their packages shipped to them via Canada Post “Small Package” or "Light Packet" postal service.  Due to Customs procedures delivery time varies slightly but is very consistently 7-10 days.

USA WAREHOUSE:

Within the USA - $6.99 (USD)
Orders will usually ship within 24-48 hours and will take between 2-4 days to arrive.

Outside the USA - $9.99 (USD)
Orders will ship within 24-48 hours and usually take 7-10 days to arrive.

Some orders may be shipped from different States due to legalities.

USA & CANADA WAREHOUSE (COMBINED):
Worldwide - $15.00 (USD)

If an order is placed with products that are shipped only from our USA WAREHOUSE and others shipped only from the CANADA WAREHOUSE the above flat shipping charge of $15.00 will automatically be applied.

All of the above shipping charges are applicable to any quantity of product ordered from the website. Including "CANADA, USA & COMBINED" Wholesale orders may require additional shipping charges. If any product is ordered from a specific warehouse but is out of stock the order may be shipped from another warehouse and the customer will be notified of this. We do the best we can to keep the site updated of all out of stock products, but sometimes this can happen.

Live Plants & Specified Products:
Live plants are shipped directly from our Georgia, USA farm and will arrive separately from non live plant orders.  The shipping charges for live plant orders will not be combined with the shipping charges of non live plant orders. Live plant orders do not apply to our “Local” Canadian customer offer of next day delivery.

  • Canada Shipping:  $24.95 USD - USPS "Priority Mail International" postal service
  • International Shipping:  $29.95 USD - USPS “Priority Mail International” postal service

    First 2 plants ship for the total charge shown above.  Each additional plant is $2.00 extra

All plant orders within the USA are covered by our reshipment guarantee stating that you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your plant if there are problems.  Our greenman will review all necessary photos and information to determine whether our guarantee is applicable or if your plant can be treated to correct any stress issues that sometimes occur during transport.  We have shipped 10,000s of international orders over a 20 year span with an incredible success rate but due to some countries customs procedures we cannot offer our guarantee on live plants so please understand this is an ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK situation. The "VCD10" coupon code is not applicable to live plants. If you are ordering live plants, cuttings or seedlings as well as non live plant material the code will still be applied to the non plant portion of the order.

We do not guarantee successful germination of seeds or successful growth of plants. Exotics are not always easy to grow and maintain and we cannot be held responsible for the skills of those caring for the seeds/plants.

Shipping Rules & Regulations

Please read carefully:
We do not ship to any location where a product is outlawed for importation and/or possession and this is non negotiable.  If you are unsure of the legal status of a product where you live, please visit www.erowid.org . BEFORE placing your order, search for the plant of interest and then review the “LAW” section.  If any orders are placed for a product that cannot be legally shipped under direction of our lawyers, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded to you immediately.

If an order is placed consisting of a product that is listed as "OUT OF STOCK" the entire order (including all other products ordered even if in stock) will be shipped within 24 hours of the "OUT OF STOCK" product being back in stock.

Our processing center is located in Canada so the current USD/CAD exchange rate will be applied.

SORRY - WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS TO AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND.
Shipments to Mexico and Brazil are not guaranteed - ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
