The bay bean is a relatively new discovery to the ethnobotanical world. It has been commonly used as an ingredient in some of the most recognized brand named smoking blends. It produces mild but very real effects, somewhere between a sense of being "starry-eyed" and gently "buzzed". The most impressive aspect of the baybean when burned is its incredibly smooth and flavorful smoke; you'll see people often double check to make sure that it was actually lit before inhaling again. It has been tested to be an excellent potentiator for other common herbs.
