These are freshly harvested and 100% organic P. anisum whole seeds.
Traditional & Modern Use:
Anise contains about 2.5% essential oils. 3 grams of seed brewed into a tea is most commonly employed for its carmanitive and stimulant qualities which can be extremely effective in treating flatulence, nausea and colic (for colic use 10-30 grams) infused. Anise also is a powerful antiseptic both internally and externally.
